Who we are
Ilias Rentals Kos (Ilias Rent-a-Car), main street, Kardamena, 853 02 Kos, Greece. Email iliasrentals.kos@gmail.com, phone +30 22420 91931.
What we collect and why
When you send the quote form we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, the vehicle, the dates, the delivery place and your message. We use them only to reply to your request and to arrange the rental. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
The form is sent by email to our office. A copy is kept on the web server so that no request gets lost if an email fails, and is deleted after 12 months. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Cookies
The website works without cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are switched on (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), they load only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing iliasrentals.kos@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
